  4. Your license will be emailed immediately.

Refund Policy

All of our software has a 30-day money back guarantee. If you decide that you would like a refund, please contact us. Your refund will be processed promptly.

Tax and Duties

Please note that if the delivery address is outside of the EU, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. You accept that we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance of your country. We recommend that you check with your local offices for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your order.

License Agreement FAQ

Where can I read the license agreement?

The license agreement is included in the poduct Help file. An online version of it can be found by clicking here.

How many computers can I install the software on?

The software is licensed per computer. The license will allow you to install the software on one computer only.

Can two or more people in an organization share a copy of of the software?

No. The software is licensed per computer.

What if I get a new computer (or rebuild an existing one)?

Please contact us quoting your order number, or license key, and we will reset your license. The maximum number of resets per license is five (5).

What if I lose my license registration code?

We have an automated licence retrieval service. Click on Forgot Licence Code when prompted, then enter your email and order number. Your license code will be emailed directly to you.

Is there an annual subscription fee?

No. When you purchase a license it is permanent.

What is the upgrade policy?

Minor version (e.g., 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, ...) updates are always free. Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, ...) are free for 90 days.

What is the support policy?

Individual licensees get free unlimited email support.
